1) What is the shopping time?

Our shipping times vary between different items:

• hair products are always 1-2 days shipping 
• bundles, tapes, wigs and lace has a processing time of 5-12 working days

 

2) Do you provide refunds?

• Unfortunately, due the nature of our items we don't provide refunds

 

3) Do you allow exchanges?

• Exchanges can be made in a situation where the item is faulty.
